‘After making zero contributions…”: Congress slams Naveen Jindal after BJP announces his candidacy

Congress Basic Secretary Jairam Ramesh slammed industrialist Naveen Jindal and mentioned the latter wanted a “giant-size washer”. Jindal, former two-term Kurukshetra MP from Congrees, joined the BJP. Jindal will contest from Kurukshetra as BJP candidate.

Taking a dig on the industrialist, Ramesh mentioned: “If you want a giant-size washer, this needed to occur. And after making ZERO contributions to the get together within the final ten years, saying I’m resigning from it’s a huge joke.”

Jindal, who’s the Chairman of Jindal Metal and Energy Restricted and Chancellor of OP Jindal World College, made his resignation announcement three days after assuming the position of president of the Indian Metal Affiliation (ISA), the apex physique for metal producers.
