WASHINGTON (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden welcomed the choice by Pope Francis to permit Roman Catholic clergymen to manage blessings to same-sex {couples} so long as they aren’t a part of common Church rituals or liturgies, White Home spokesperson Karine Jean Pierre stated on Tuesday.
