EOW probe revealed that Ashneer Grover and his household generated backdated invoices to siphon off cash from BharatPe. A lawsuit introduced by BharatPe acknowledged that Grover’s spouse Madhuri Jain accepted funds totalling Rs 7.6 crore to eight such distributors who didn’t help the corporate in recruiting any workers.
