HONG KONG (Reuters) – Evergrande liquidators stated the corporate, SJ and Tianji filed paperwork with a U.S. Courtroom on Friday to withdraw Chapter 15 chapter safety functions, the Chinese language property firm stated in a submitting to the Hong Kong Inventory Change.
Evergrande liquidators stated they are going to make new functions below Chapter 15 of Title 11 of the U.S. chapter code if mandatory and applicable, the submitting stated.
